  • One.

    After placing your order, we will send you a customization form where you can enter your event details as well as upload images that convey your event’s color scheme. 3-4 days after you will receive an invitation color palette illustrating how your colors will be incorporated into the customized suite.

  • Two.

    5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER APPROVAL OF THE COLOR PALETTE YOU WILL RECEIVE PROOFS AND A MOCKUP OF YOUR CUSTOMIZED SUITE. EACH ORDER INCLUDES 2 ROUNDS OF COLOR REVISIONS TO THE INITIAL PROOF PLUS UNLIMITED EDITS ON WORDING.

  • Three.

    FOLLOWING APPROVAL OF PROOFS WE REQUIRE 2-4 WEEKS TO PRINT YOUR SUITE USING HIGH QUALITY PAPERS AND PRINTING METHODS. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR GUEST ADDRESS SPREADSHEET AT THIS STAGE IN THE PROCESS. ALL PIECES ARE THEN SHIPPED TO YOU TO ASSEMBLE AND MAIL TO YOUR GUESTS!

  • When should I order my semi-custom invitations?

    TYPICALLY WEDDING SUITES ARE MAILED 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE. OUR SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS AND PRINTING TAKES ANYWHERE FROM 6-10 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE PRINTING PROCESSES INVOLVED.

  • How many invitations should I order?

    REMEMBER TO COUNT YOUR INVITATIONS BY HOUSEHOLD AND NOT BY INDIVIDUAL GUEST. WE RECOMMEND ORDERING 10-15% MORE THAN THIS NUMBER IN CASE YOU HAVE ANY LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS. PLUS YOU WILL WANT A CLEAN COPY FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER AND A KEEPSAKE OR TWO FOR YOURSELF!

  • CAN I CHANGE THE INVITATION DESIGN AT ALL?

    NO—OUR SEMI-CUSTOM SUITES DO NOT ALLOW FOR ANY TWEAKS IN DESIGN ASIDE FROM COLOR AND TEXT CHANGES. WE CAN ACCOMMODATE THE ADDITION OF A QR CODE AND ANY ADDITIONAL TEXT NOT ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN.

  • Can I order other embelishments for my suite?

    Yes! Want to dress up your suite with a custom wax seal or tie it up with a bow using a coordinating ribbon? We’ve got you covered. Once you’ve placed your order, let us know what add-ons you are interested in and we can price them out and source them for you.

  • Do you mail out invitations directly?

    No, unfortunately we do not offer direct mailing to guests for semi-custom clients. This service is only available to custom clients at an additional cost. Your semi-custom invitations will ship to you individually boxed with assembly and mailing instructions included.

  • Do you offer day-of wedding goods and signage?

    Yes (sort of)! Day-of items can be purchased by anyone who has already placed an order for semi-custom invitations suites. However, we do not offer these products on their own.
